Switch to paperless billing and help provide meals for local kids in need!

Make the switch to eBilling and enjoy all the convenience of digital billing – plus, you’ll be helping children in our community.

For every new eBilling sign-up, we’ll donate $2 to Food4Kids on your behalf. Together, our goal is to provide over 650 weekends of food for children in Burlington.

How to Switch to eBilling

Making the switch is quick and easy:

  1. Register or log into your online account through our customer portal, MyBurlingtonHydro
  2. Navigate to the My Bills tab on the left
  3. Within the My Bills section, click ’Edit‘ to the right of Paperless Billing
  4. Click ’Yes‘ - and you’re done!
