Set up or transfer a Burlington Hydro account when you move. A setup charge applies; a security deposit may be requested.
Make updates to your contact details, mailing address, or account preferences.
Close your account when you no longer require service from Burlington Hydro. For those moving within our service territory, please use the Open/Move Account form.
