Winter Disconnection Ban Ends May 1st

Burlington Hydro would like to remind customers that the winter disconnection ban* – November 15 to April 30 - will be lifted on May 1.

Customers are responsible for paying their electricity bills on time. However we understand that this can be a struggle for some. For those customers who find themselves in arrears, it is important to stay in touch with Burlington Hydro. Give us a call at 905-332-1851 during business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) and speak with a customer service representative to set up a payment plan, or to find out if you might qualify for financial assistance.

*Please note that Burlington Hydro NO longer offers Re-connection of Services outside of business hours. Should your service be disconnected a Re-connection Charge of $ 65.00 will be applied to your account upon re-connection during business hours.
