Burlington Hydro Conducting Telephone Survey Re: Public Awareness of Electrical Safety

Burlington Hydro would like its customers to be aware that a telephone survey will be undertaken by UtilityPULSE on behalf of Burlington Hydro as it relates to public awareness of electrical safety measures. The survey begins January 15 and will be ongoing for approximately 3 weeks.

The 14-quesiton survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and deals exclusively with safety themes relating to utility-specific equipment (i.e. powelines, green utility boxes, etc.).

The survey is conducted every second year and helps Burlington Hydro gauge the level of electrical safety awareness in the community. The results will form an important component of Burlington Hydro’s LDC Scorecard.
