Burlington Hydro’s 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Telephone Surveys begin September 22, 2017

Each year Burlington Hydro conducts a satisfaction survey with our customers to gather opinions/level of satisfaction on issues from electricity pricing and customer communications, to overall satisfaction about the services we provide.

Burlington Hydro has again partnered with UtilityPULSE to conduct its annual 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey. Beginning September 22nd, customers who have been selected randomly could receive a call from an UtilityPULSE representative asking for your participation in the survey.

UtilityPULSE is a reputable opinion research company that has conducted customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of Burlington Hydro for many years.

The survey interviews will continue through much of October and will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

We greatly appreciate your time and participation in this survey. It’s a very important tool that helps us gauge the effectiveness of our various services – what we’re doing well and where we might focus attention on improving our service delivery.
