Burlington Hydro is Conducting Annual Customer Survey

We Want to Hear Your Feedback in City-wide Telephone Survey

Each year Burlington Hydro conducts a satisfaction survey with its customers to gather feedback on issues ranging from electricity pricing to customer communications and service satisfaction, among others.

Burlington Hydro has partnered with UtilityPULSE to conduct its annual 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey. Beginning the week of September 20th, customers who have been selected randomly could receive a call from an UtilityPULSE representative asking you to participate in the survey.

UtilityPULSE is a reputable opinion research company that has conducted surveys on behalf of Burlington Hydro for many years.

Survey calls continue through to October and take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We greatly appreciate your time and participation in agreeing to take this survey. It’s an important tool that helps us gauge the effectiveness of our various services – what we’re doing well and where we might focus greater attention to improve our service delivery.
