Change of Service Moving - Moving within or out of the service area - Click Here

Use this form to change you service address.
To help us close your account and (if applicable) open your new account on the correct date, please complete this form.
We require at least five business days’ notice before your last planned day of service. We will do a final meter reading within two to five days of your move date.
