- Payments can also be paid by using the Deposit Box (Located at the south entrance at 1340 Brant Street).
- Payments may also be made at most Financial Institutions (a service charge may apply) or online through your bank's website.
- By credit card through Paymentus, our secure, third-party vendor. For the on-line form Click Here to Pay Now.
- Payments can be automated through our Pre-authorized Payment Plan. On the due date of your account the total amount owing will be automatically withdrawn from your account. Click Here to Apply.
- Small commercial businesses are eligible for Burlington Hydro's Equal Payment Plan to assist with your budgeting process. For customers who qualify, twelve equal monthly payments will be withdrawn from your business account on the date you choose. Click Here to Apply.
