Attention Customers ... Please be advised that as of October 1st the customer counter at Burlington Hydro is no longer processing bill payments. Payments may be deposited in the drop box at the office, made on line or at any financial institution.

Anyone wishing to see a Burlington Hydro representative will need to make an appointment. To make an appointment please contact Burlington Hydro directly. If any accommodations need to be made for your visit please contact the customer service department at (905) 332-1851. Visitors with an appointment are asked to enter using the north doors.
