As of March 1, 2002, Burlington Hydro no longer accepts bill payments over the counter at our 1340 Brant Street Offices.

We have, however, a variety of options to help make this transition easier.

Burlington Hydro Offers:

Bills may be paid by mail, or Deposit Box adjacent to front of office building for payment by cheque.

Payment may also be made at most Financial Institutions upon payment of their service charge if applicable.

Preauthorized Payment Plan or Equal Payment Plan
To apply for Pre-authorized Payment Plan or Equal Monthly Payment Plan*, download the form, print it, and mail it to us for processing (pdf).

* Equal Payment Plan is available to Residential and Small Commercial Customers only.
