RECONCILIATION OF RATES, TO BILL PRINT LINE ITEMS:
ELECTRICITY CHARGES include Energy Consumption at either a price under the Regulated Price Plan (5.8 / 6.7 cents), an average market price or an hourly market price. This could also be provided by a retailer should you have a contract in place.
DELIVERY CHARGES include the Customer Fixed Charge, the Distribution Charge, the Transmission Network Service and the Transmission Connection Charge.
REGULATORY CHARGES are the costs of administering the wholesale electricity system and maintaining the reliability of the provincial grid and include the costs associated with funding Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure conservation and renewable energy programs.
DEBT RETIREMENT CHARGE includes only the Ont. Hydro Debt Retirement rate.
